Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Mom+ mobile application (“App”) and related services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Parenting Partner MCHJ (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
1.1. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Mom+ App, website, and all related services.
1.2. Our services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
1.3. You must be at least 13 years old to use Mom+ (16 years old for users in the European Economic Area or the UK).
1.4. If you are using the App on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
2.1. Mom+ is owned and operated by Parenting Partner MCHJ, a company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3.1. These Terms apply whenever you access or use our App, services, features, content, or interact with us in any other manner.
4.1. The App and its content are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a doctor or qualified provider with questions about medical conditions.
4.2. In case of emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
5.1. You may need to create an account to access certain features.
5.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
5.3. You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
You agree not to:
7.1. All content and intellectual property in the App belong to the Company or its licensors.
7.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8.1. Some features require a paid subscription. Terms will be disclosed before purchase.
8.2. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.
8.3. Trials may convert into paid plans unless cancelled before expiration.
9.1. You may submit personal logs, notes, and content to the App.
9.2. You retain ownership but grant us a license to use it to provide services.
9.3. We may remove content that violates our policies or applicable laws.
The App is provided \"as is\" without warranties. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We are not responsible for content or policies of third-party websites or services linked in the App.
We may update the App or Terms. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or Uzbek courts.
