This Privacy Policy explains how Parenting Partner LLC, a company registered in Uzbekistan (legal address: 1 Elobod MFY, Chust str. 1-Apt, Tashkent 100077), and its product Mom+ ("we", "us", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our mobile application and related services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all users of the Mom+ app. Only adults (18+) may create accounts. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to register. Parents may input their child’s data (e.g., name, birthday) for development tracking.

3. Consent

By using the app, you consent to data collection and processing. You may withdraw consent at any time via app settings or by emailing us.

Phone number – for login
Child info: Name, gender, birthdate, birth week
Health data: Weight, height, head circumference
Usage data: Milestones, notes, pill tracker
Payment: Via Atmos.uz (we do not store card data)
Device data: Model, OS, language
Crash logs and analytics: via Firebase
Push tokens: via OneSignal
AI Chat: Questions sent to OpenAI pseudonymously

5. Why We Process Your Data

To log you in securely
To generate personalized baby development charts
To tailor weekly content and updates
To offer AI chat and expert assistance
To send reminders and alerts
To improve app stability and features

6. Use of AI & Chat Logs

We use OpenAI to power parenting Q&A. Only limited context is sent, without direct identifiers. Logs are kept for up to 90 days to improve quality.

7. Push Notifications

We use OneSignal to deliver tips, milestone alerts, reminders, and billing info. You may manage or turn off notifications in your device settings.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share minimal data with:

Firebase (Google LLC) – analytics & crash reporting
OpenAI – for generating AI chat responses
OneSignal – push notifications
Atmos.uz – subscription payments

All data transfers are encrypted via HTTPS. Some servers may be located outside Uzbekistan.

9. Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only authorized staff may access it. We apply backups, monitoring, and security protocols regularly.

Your account data is kept while active
Deleted accounts are erased within 30 days (backups in 90)
AI chat logs retained up to 90 days

Opt out of analytics and notifications

12. Children’s Privacy

Only adults may register. We do not collect data directly from children. All child data is added by parents for tracking purposes only.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be announced in-app. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
